The Bamboozle Road Show was nothing short of amazing for me! I got to FINALLY meet Scott who I’ve been working with on different projects on and off for almost two years now (holla OG Hey Monday street team what what?) It was also an incredibly nostalgic show for me with Good Charlotte and Third Eye Blind taking me back to my freshman year of college and earlier. It was really intense and made me miss a lot of people back home and back in New York who I’ve lost touch with or haven’t seen in year(s). It was an awesome show from Drive-A (whose pit time I missed because of ticketing snafus) to The Ready Set (whose pictures I will be posting later, I covered BRS for Decaydance and I want to give them the opportunity to use the pictures before I post them on here, but fear not LOTS of pics of The Ready Set, fosho!) and Jordan was phenomenal. It was my first time seeing him live and it was cool to really see his passion on stage. I got to shoot FTSK for the first time and their set was great, it’s always awesome to see bands grow from the last time you saw them (it’s been a year and a half for me, saw them first on the SassyBack tour!) and FTSK has done nothing short of grow and grow since then! It was also great as always to see ATL and Boys Like Girls again and mad props to the crowd for being really respectful for the two medical emergencies that forced a pause in both of their sets. Without further ado, here are the pics! (Apologies for the dim pics for ATL and BLG i don’t know what happened there, enjoy, though!)

Bamboozle Road Show pics! Teaser queue leading up to the show post as always! I love FTSK’s mic stand bling, I just had to get creative!
Look at those beautiful Gleeks! I know this is from last year and has already been posted but I wanted to take a moment to let you guys all know that Art4Life is happening again this year for the FOURTH YEAR running and I’m so proud of Gina and her little show that could.
Art4Life is an event run every year in co-operation with the Arcadia Relay for Life to raise money for the American Cancer society in memory of those we’ve loved and lost and inspired by my dear friend Gina Starbuck and her own personal loss. Every year has gotten bigger and bigger and every show has gotten more and more amazing. A4L’s inaugural run featured Emcees Michael Urie (Ugly Betty) and Carol Kane (Hollywood and Broadway legend!). A4L2 featured a pre-Idol performance by 2009 runner-up Adam Lambert and smash recording artist Ferras, A4L3 featured antics from GLEE hosts Chris Colfer (Kurt), Amber Riley (Mercedes), and Dianna Agron (Quinn), and performances by rising stars Francia Raisa (Secret Life) and Bonnie McKee.
This year already has some amazing talent including GLEE’s Amber Riley returning to host alongside co-star Heather Morris (Brittany) and performances scheduled by up and coming recording artist Mateo, comedian Ryan Hill (for the fourth year running, he’s hilarious, don’t miss it) and dance groups Tokyo and Karmagraphy! Check it out it’s only $10 in advance, $15 at the door, held in Level 3 at Hollywood and Highland May 31, 2010. Can’t wait to see you there (I haven’t missed one yet!) Click the pic to see more from last year and click HERE to visit A4L on Facebook and become a fan. Buy your tickets HERE!
The AP Fall Ball was my first concert back at the beginning of October, back in the saddle for the fall concert season for Friends or Enemies, and now that they’re up there, I can show you guys what I got there. It was my first time seeing everyone live except The Academy Is… and it was a real treat. I fell head over heels for Brit rockers You Me At Six and for The Secret Handshake and I was blown away by Set Your Goals and Mayday Parade and of course, The Academy Is… never fails to impress. As always, click the pics for more and enjoy this year’s Alternative Press Fall Ball.

More from the road coming soon including more OP Presents and The Glamour Kills Tour! LA kids, see you on the Cheap Date Tour next!Back in the concert fun this month, with a few visits to the Let’s Make a Mess tour, which is SUPER exciting because it’s Hey Monday’s very first headlining tour with This Providence, The Friday Night Boys, Stereo Skyline and The Bigger Lights! My first stop was The Knitting Factory in Hollywood! It was the second night of the tour and we got some great surprises, some great hangs, and the band got some of JJ’s epic triple chocolate cupcakes (you want them, trust me.) All of the bands put on an amazing show and I hope the pictures show that to you!
