Pimm’s Cup anyone? Napoleon house in New Orleans, LA has some of the best drinks, including this signature. I know it’s not “food” but every meal needs a little sip.

Anyone up for a food spam?

Inspired by Kari-Shma, who wishes you all luck on the munchies that a food spam would give you.

Wanna spam me back?

Kari-shma is posting cupcakes right now, so I thought I’d share my favorite cupcake shot. Cupcakes courtesy of Crushcakes in Santa Barbara.

Last week I had the wonderful opportunity and honor of shooting my first Bar Mitzvah for my dear friends in the Fahn family. It was beautiful to not only witness but record the final chapter of Harrison Fahn’s journey to become a man in his faith and his family through the ceremony and the celebration after. Thank you to everyone who helped me out during the day—Jennie, Jon and Melissa thanks for the opportunity, Patty thank you for walking me through the ceremony and making sure I didn’t miss the big moments. I hope that you enjoy my favorites from this wonderful day that was my first, but hopefully not my last bar mitzvah. Mazel tov, Harrison!

New Orleans // Food, Music & Magic \

This past week I had the amazing opportunity with my Travel Photography class to visit New Orleans, Louisiana. Staying close to the French Quarter gave me an opportunity to explore the food, music and magical history of the Crescent City. From the Trolleys to the Beignets, there was so much to experience for the first time. I hope you enjoy the photos. It was an amazing trip!

A Taste of Provence in SB: Stella Mare’s

Mmm My favorite part of traveling is experiencing new food. This shoot is at one of Santa Barbara’s local favorites, French Bistro “Stella Mare’s” My classmate Elizabeth and I had a lovely meal with a Chicken Cobb salad and the Steak Frites. Check it out and let me know what you think!
