Back in October I had the wonderful opportunity to shoot two of the OP tour shows, one for myself and one for Friends or Enemies. The show in LA was the one I shot for friends or enemies and with a busy November and December behind us, the pictures are finally up on FOE so here they are! It was great getting to shoot all of these bands again and none of them failed to deliver. It was also a blast at the show getting to hang out with all the bands and talk shop with a few of them. Pete Wentz made a special guest appearance with Cobra Starship for “Pete Wentz is the Only Reason We’re Famous” during the photographers’ pit time, which was a blast, as always. Enjoy a few selections queued up from the Los Angeles show of the OP Presents tour leading up to the full lineup of shots! These are a few months old, so sorry for the delay, they just went up on FOE :)
This show was off the hook. First and foremost thanks to Frosty for pulling it all together at the last minute for me to do this show at all. This show was super exciting and all new to me with the exception of the wonderful Mr. Wentz who performed with Cinematic Sunrise. I knew the backstory of Craig Owens and Chiodos a bit, and it was cool to get to see a little more playful side in CinSun’s music. I also really dug on Sleeping with Sirens and Misdelphia, both bands with bright futures. I hope I get to see more of both of them in the future (keep your eyes peeled this week for pictures of Misdelphia from My American Heart’s last show in San Diego last night! :D) Mark Rose was a nice little breakdown in the middle with his acoustic set and of course Jonny Craig delivered with Tides of Man before him and backing his set. The night was full of awesome music and great performances, I hope you enjoy!

The AP Fall Ball was my first concert back at the beginning of October, back in the saddle for the fall concert season for Friends or Enemies, and now that they’re up there, I can show you guys what I got there. It was my first time seeing everyone live except The Academy Is… and it was a real treat. I fell head over heels for Brit rockers You Me At Six and for The Secret Handshake and I was blown away by Set Your Goals and Mayday Parade and of course, The Academy Is… never fails to impress.
