These days I think the composers of music influence me more than any photographers or visual creators. I see something exciting or lovely and think to myself: ‘If Papa Haydn or Wolfgang Amadeus or the red-headed Vivaldi were here with a camera, they’d snap a picture of what’s in front of me.’ So I take the picture for them.

New Orleans // Food, Music & Magic \
This past week I had the amazing opportunity with my Travel Photography class to visit New Orleans, Louisiana. Staying close to the French Quarter gave me an opportunity to explore the food, music and magical history of the Crescent City. From the Trolleys to the Beignets, there was so much to experience for the first time. I hope you enjoy the photos. It was an amazing trip!
